Alhamdulillah. I managed to complete my application to pay PTPTN via my KWSP account. Overall the process not much difficult.
- Activate KWSP i-akaun. You may do it online or go to any KWSP branch. It just take few minutes to complete the activation.
- Go to any PTPTN branch and request to apply for loan payment via KWSP. The officer will assist you. The amount that could be applied will depend on your Account 2 balance. If sufficient, you may apply for full settlement. If not you may use the amount available. You may reapply later as long as there is balance in your Account 2.
- KWSP will SMS you once the application has been received. You need to forward a copy of scroll and transcript to any nearest KWSP branch. Don't forget to bring the original certs for verification.
- You will receive notification on the success of the payment
